(1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time. Director stated that the facility has completed re-training on 8/25/2025 for all staff regarding supervision and face to name policy to ensure the health and safety of children in care. The Director has submitted signatures of all staff members to the department.
