LPA observed 2 unisex restrooms in the school age classroom, each with 1 toilet and 1 sink, and an additional sink within the classroom. By the Directors own admission, the total school age enrollment is 20, and the facility is only using 1 school age classroom, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
