by evidenced by Licensee shall provide proof of Criminal Background and Fingerprint Clearance for Adult 3 to CCLD no later than 2/3/2023. Based on observtion, & interview it was discovered Adult 3 is not Criminally Background/ Fingerprint Cleared. LPA observed Adult 3 inside the home & there were children in care.
