The heater system has not been working since November 2021 The owner of the building is coordinating the repair. Center shall submit information to Licensing regarding the status for the repair and the use of portable heaters. A technician was at the center on 12/22/21, but the part did not work. The part(s) required are being coordinated with the building owner.

(1) The licensee shall maintain the temperature in rooms that children occupy between a minimum of 68 degrees F (20 degrees C) and a maximum of 85 degrees F (30 degrees C). Center shall use portable heaters until the heating system is repaired. Center shall submit a photo of the thermostat to CCL by 1/13/2022 to show the room is at a comfortable temperature.
