The Director installed cameras in all the classrooms along with written staff observations and provides staff training every two weeks for the next three (3) months. Will provide copy of training conducted & written declaration that upcoming training will be conducted by POC date of 8/3/23 Based on interviews with Staff, Parents, Children, and all parties involved, five (5) allegations on Personal Rights were violated by Staff, which poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.

The Director installed video cameras inside the classrooms and areas where care is provided for monitoring teachers and will provide class by class training on Personal Rights. Will provide a written declaration that the Personal Rights training and monitoring will occur to Licensing by POC date of 8/3/23. Based on interviews with Staff, Parents, and Children, five (5) allegations on Personal Rights were violated by Staff, which poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to the persons in care.
