  Licensee agrees to clean and sanitize the facility daily, ensuring that the tables and chairs where the children have access to are cleaned prior to eating and conducting daily activities. Licensee will submit a statement to LPA via email, relaying how the facility will be kept clean. Based on LPAs observations, the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above, as LPAs observed excess fur throughout the facility, including the kitchen table that the day care children use to eat their food. This poses a potential Health and Safety risk to clients in care.
