  Director will provide LPA with schedule and plan for covering the infant, Joy Classroom at the end of the day with a qualified infant teacher. Director will provide plan and schedule to LPA on or before the POC due date via email. Staff covering the infant, Joy classroom at the end of the day do not have the required three infant units which poses a potential health, safety and/or personal rights risk to persons in care.

  During visit on 07/16/2025, LPA observed a common towel in the restroom of the Love Classroom that teachers confirmed was being used by children to dry their hands which poses a potential health, safety and/or personal rights risk to persons in care. During visit on 08/21/2025 LPA observed that towel had been removed from the classroom and paper towels observed in paper towel dispenser.
