Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in Room #2 there were bugs that were dead and alive on the floor of the classroom and also the metal grate on outside of air conditioning unit was broken with sharp edges which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
