101229(a)(1) · No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation. This regulation was not met as evidenced by Director stated she would do a staff training, reviewing supervision and creating a plan for preventing lapses of supervision in the future and that all staff will sign confirming their attendance which will be emailed to LPA at jennifer.patel@dss.ca.gov. Based on LPA observation, children were napping in a room without visual supervision from staff which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of persons in care.
