101229(a)(1) · 101229 Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision: (a)The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time Center Director must provide to the LPA proof of training to staff regarding supervision to children in care. Proof was received during LPA visit on 11/5/2025 and corrective actions taken by the facility. Based on admission and interview with staff, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that a child was left unsupervised during a classroom transition, which poses an potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
