101229(a)(1) · Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision: (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation. This deficiency was evidenced by Center Director must provide to the LPA proof of training to staff regarding supervision to children in care. Center Director provided proof of corrective actions that have been completed during the LPA visit on 1/29/2026. Documentation was reviewed and accepted. Based on admission, staff interviews and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that a child was left unsupervised on play yard, which poses an potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
