    C1 and C2 have been withdrawn from the day care due to P1's inappropriate behavior and will no longer be present. Deficiency cleared during today's visit. Based on interviews and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in P1 yelled and threatened C3 and other children in the room which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
