    102416.5(e) · If no assistant provider is present at a Large Family Child Care Home, then the licensee shall comply with the capacity requirements for a Small Family Child Care Home as specified in subsections (b) and (c). Licensee submitted a signed statement saying she is going to adjust her schedule and staffing to accommodate the census and stay in ratio. Moreover, licensee will have a schedule of pick up and drop offs before her assistants leave for the day. (f) The total licensed capacity for a Large Family Child Care Home shall not exceed fourteen children. Failure to correct will result in a $100 per day civil penalty until corrected. Repeat violations are $250 per violation and $100 per day until corrected.
