During today's visit Licensee cleared all hazardous items in the small hallway/walkway. Licensee agrees to have all cleaning solution underneath the sink in the children's designated bathroom removed or have a safety latch added. Licensee will submit a picture of correction to LPA via email by POC due date. Based on LPAs observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, there was a metal reusable mousetrap, a 1.41-gallon bottle of Clorox, a gallon of paint in the small hallway/walkway leading to the children’s designated bathroom. Additionally, LPAs observed cleaning products underneath the children’s designated bathroom sink which poses/posed a immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
