  Based off interview statements from parents that they have picked up their children from the day-care in soiled diapers in the past but didn’t think it was a concern and Parents also disclosed they rarely received their children bedding to take home weekly for cleaning and old soiled sheets would be giving to take home every so often for cleaning. LPA observed children sheets that with stains which poses a potential risk to children in care
