101229(a)(1) · 101229(a)(1)-Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision-(a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs.(1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time. Supervision shall include visual observation. Licensee submitted a plan of correction and LIC 624 Unusual Incident Report in a timely manner. LPA observed a sensor working on the front door. Staff are counting the children at all times. Staff #1 was terminated. Licensee will have a meeting with the staff and provide proof of meeting on care and supervision by 8/5/22. This was evidenced by the Licensee / staff failed to supervised Child #1 as he was able to wandered out of the facility through the front door and down an alley on July 11, 2022.
