  Deficient Practice Statement Based on LPA's observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA also observed Teacher's Aide Staff #3 supervising three infants upon arrival without units. LPA also observed Teacher's aide Staff #2 supervising three (3) infants without units during naptime. One infant was awake and not asleep. All the children must be asleep.
