by Per the licensee, she will review the requirements under 102417(a), Operation of a Family Child Care Home in Title 22 and will develop, implement, and adhere to a written protocol outlining how she will remain in compliance. Based on interviews and record reviews, it was revealed that Licensee left a child unsupervised from multiple minutes which is an immediate risk to the personal rights, health, and safety to the children in care. The licensee is responsible for ensuring the protocol is maintained on file and consistently followed to ensure ongoing compliance.
