Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee did not have The Individual Infant Sleeping Plan LIC 9227 in the infant's file. Licensee was also unable to provide 15 minute sleep checks for the infant and for one child that turned two this month. The infant in care was also observed in a bassinet which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 06/30/2025
