  Director will ensure items that could pose a danger to children in care are stored where they are inaccessible to children. Director will submit photo proof of potentially dangerous items secured in inaccessible areas to LPA Elizabeth George via email at elizabeth.george@dss.ca.gov no later than 5/29/2026. Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in LPAs observation of a bucket filled with water, disinfectant, a pair of adult scissors, and paper trimmer all of which were accessible to children, which poses a potential health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.
