  Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in providing care for four infants while also providing care for 12 children which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care. The licensee added a feature to Bright Wheel that allows her to monitor the number of children scheduled for the day and alerts the licensee if the schedule is out of ratio.
