Water sources identified with ALE were corrected prior to inspection. LPA observed faucets sealed off with plastic bags, labeled out of service and electric portable hand washing sinks available in Classrooms B, C, K, and L to correct the issue. Per director, as part of the correction, a written plan indicating how often water filters will be changed by facility personnel will be submitted by 06/16/2023. Based on record review, the licensee did not ensure water sources at facility meet lead requirements. Lead test results showed that four water sources, outlet A, B, H, and I have an action level exceedance. LPA observed water sources are inaccessible to children. SUPERVISOR'S NAME: Rita Ramos
