On 9/16/2021, LPA observed during the facility tour that there were 6 out of 52 children present wearing their masks Staff in charge is to come up with a plan to address the issue and submit to LPA Razo by due date 10/8/2021. indoor. Only 11 children brought their masks when postings have indicated that children is to wear mask. This is not in line with CA Department of Public Health requirement for children to wear mask indoor in child care setting. This poses a potential health and safety risk to the children in care.
