Director stated that the kitchen faucet had never been used since Covid and they had it tested as part of the protocol and when the facility was made aware of the lead exceedance they had it fixed, retested and cleared and they still had not used the kitchen at all until recently August of this yer 2024. Based on record review, the facility had a high lead exeedance of one outlet (Faucet A located in the kitchen) out of eleven outlets tested that poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care SUPERVISOR'S NAME: Christina Gabelman
