Per licensee, her son Miro Aboolian will complete livescan today and a copy of livescan form will be submitted to LPA Eivazian via email by 10/02/24. $500 Civil Penalty was accessed during this inspection. During this inspection licensee disclosed that her son, Miro Aboolian lives at this address in the detached guests house since December 2024 and did not have criminal record clearance on file. Per licensee, effective tomorrow 07/07/23 one child will be dropped off and an updated facility roster will be submitted to LPA by 07/07/23. A written declaration will be submitted to LPA. On 07/06/23 LPA observed 13 children were present in the home, 3 being infants and 10 children were under 5 years old. Licensee was observed to operate out of ratio with one child.
