A copy of message will be sent to LPA by 04/30/26. Per staff#3 and staff#4, ice was applied on child#1 forehead after fall, they went inside that classroom at 9:30 AM and child#1 did not like the ice and staff did not apply ice on child#1’s forehead till was picked up by parent#1 at 10:17AM.
