evidenced by Director stated, one staff member will attend Integrated Pest Management Training, certificate will be provided to LPA by POC date. Proffessional pest control assesment will be conducted and report will be provided to LPA. Further,Pest management will be conducted if needed. Per Director roaches were observed in the kitchen area and classroom nearby, which was confirmed by two staff members, which posses potential health and safety risk to children in care. Additionally, LPA observed two dead roaches in the kitchen cabinet and one in the cabinet under the sink located in the 2A classroom. Cocroach traps and baking soda observed in the cabinets.
