Deficient Practice Statement Based on LPA's observation from kitchen on 09/03/24, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above and LPA observed accessible knives on the kitchen cabinet and inside the drawer and cleaning compounds (Clorox) under the sink which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
