Per licensee, since some children disenrolled , she will not need additional assistant . Licensee stated she understands if assistant stays , she will obtain fingerprint clearance . LPA observed staff #2 ( Artsvik Muradkhanyan) did not have fingerprint clearance. Per licensee and s#2 she started on Monday 07/28/2025.
