Based on staff#7 interview, in November 2024, the day that Rams visited school, child#1 was missing from line to come back to class and child#1 was found in the auditorium. Program Supervisor reported this incident to Licensing on 02/10/25 via email. Based on LPA’s observations and interviews which were conducted with four staff, child#1 was unsupervised and wondered away at school age enclosed yard alone on 01/31/25 from 4:18:34 PM to 4:22:25 PM and this incident was not reported to Licensing.
