licensee will review regulations and will wright declaration that all changes will be reported to teh department and will submit to LPA by POC date . Licensee changed the gate to the in-ground pool without notifying Department. LPA reviewed pictures of the gate on the file which is different from the existing gate .LPA observed different gate which did not match pictures on the file . Licensee stated she made a change in 2024 and gate was altered.
