Deficient Practice Statement Based on LPA's observation, upon LPA's arrival to the facility at 11:00 AM LPA observed 8 children (2 to 5 years old) were present in the facility with licensee's assistant, Seda Ghazarayn. At 11:05 AM licensee arrived to the facility, licensee was operating out of her license limitation with two children, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
