Director conducted active supervision training for preschool staff on March 30, 2026, and March 31, 2026 along with additional training being conducted on April 30, 2026. LPA also advised the director to submit a self-reflection training tool for Active Supervision, and to review, and have staff sign/date the training tool and to submit to CCL by POC due date. Based on interview, the director did not comply with the section cited above by not having staff in the classroom visually supervising C1 in the bathroom while he was using it which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
