Based on interviews and demonstration, Licensee uses inappropriate discipline with the day care children. LPA uses improper time-out by placing the children in the corner. 102416.5(e) · 102416.5 (e) -Staffing Ratio and Capacity If no assistant provider is present at a Large Family Child Care Home, then the licensee shall comply with the capacity requirements for a Small Family Child Care Home as specified in subsections (b) and (c). The licensee will ensure that there is always a qualified assistant when she has more than 6 children and over 8 children when the children are school aged. 102416.2(b) · 102416.2(b)-Reporting Requirements-The licensee shall report to the Department any of the events as specified in Health and Safety Code Sections 1597.467(b)(1)(A) through (b)(1)(C) that occur during the operation of the family child care home.
