Safety precautions shall include but not limited to: (1) Fireplaces and open face heaters shall be screened to prevent access by children. 102370(d) · 102370(d) -Criminal Record Clearance All individuals subject to a criminal record review pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.871 shall prior to working, residing, or volunteering in a licensed facility The licensee will ensure that all adult working and living in the home are fingerprint cleared prior to being on the premises. The licensee will not allow Mr. Boochie to be on the premises until he if fingerprint cleared. Licensee will submit a plan of correction to the Department by 9/25/23. This is evidence by LPA Wheatley observed Staff (adult) #1 on the premises without a fingeprint clearance. The staff member states that he has been working longer than one week.
