102416.5(d)(1) · 102416.5(d)(1) Staffing Ratio and Capacity- For a Large Family Child Care Home, the maximum number of children for whom care may be provided at any one time when there is an assistant provider in the home, including children under age 10 who reside at the licensee's home and the assistant provider's children under age 10, shall be : (1) Twelve children, no more than four of whom may be infants. Licensee will submit a plan of correction to the Department by 2/26/26 via email in regards to how she will remain within required capacity and ratios.
based on LPA's observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed 5 infants on the premises. The maximum number of infants allowed with 12 capacity is 4 infants.
