School director stated facility will make sure complete fingerprint for all preschool staff. Director stated that Martha Rios will do fingerprint by 09/29/2021. Ms. Rios can not return to the facility until they receive finger print clearances. Based on record review and interview, Martha Rios (S1) worked at the facility without criminal clearance since May 2021; S1 did not come from June to August, 2021, and return back on Sept 6, 2021.The facility failed to obtain a california clearance.
