Facility Director stated she would submit an updated Parent Handbook, which will include detailed purposes of using the children's photo; and an updated Consent form which will obtain parents' permission for school to take picture of the children while in care and specify the use of the children's photo. Based on record review of children’s file and facility’s Parent Handbook, the consent form stated parents gave permision for the school to use child photographs and video for the school's promotional purposes and the form was dated for the school year of 2020-2021. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety or personal rights of the children in care. Director submitted the required document on this date.
