Deficient Practice Statement Based on records reviews LPA Herrera observed an incomplete director’s packet for the new Site Supervisor which did not meet the qualifications as she is currenty working for St. Anthony's School as a teacher and is not in the premise during operating hours. Also the preschool failed to inform CCLD that the previous Director was no longer working for the preschool since the beginning of the school year, which which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
