Deficient Practice Statement Upon inspection, in classroom PS 3, the LPA observed the screens on the windows (4) to need replacing/fixing. One screen was bent and was not fitting correctly, one screen had a large hole in it, another screen had a small hole in it and was bent. The forth screen was also bend.
