101216.3(a) · Teacher-Child Ratio (a) There shall be a ratio of one teacher visually observing and supervising no more than 12 children in attendance, except as specified in (b) and (c) below.

S7 is a qualified aide with 9 units and is missing 3 units in child/family/community. During the tour, S7 was addressed as a qualified teacher supervising 10 PS in room 114 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
