102417(g)(4) · Operation of A Family Child Care Home (g) The home shall be free from defects or conditions which might endanger a child. Deficient Practice Statement During the outdoor inspection of the backyard, LPA observed a China hutch cabinet. On the China hutch cabinet, LPA observed multiple unopened liquor glass bottles, cleaning compound and pest spray inside the drawers. LPA also observed a propane tank next to a large cooking grill.
