101238(a) · Buildings and Grounds: The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. Site Supervisor stated building maintenance is in the process of making repairs. Per Site Supervisor ShauDrelle Woods, the deficiencies will be corrected and repairs will be completed by 11/17/2023. Proof of correction will be submitted to Community Care Licensing (CCL) or LPA by 11/17/2023. Request for additional two weeks will be submitted in writing to CCL/LPA.
