staff interviews Director stated Staff #1 has already been terminated from the company effective 10/15/21. Director stated she will have a staff meeting discussing Personal Rights for children and will submit documentation of agenda, roster, and notes presented by POC due date. Staff #1 pulled child #1 hair on one occasion and handled children in a rough manner on various occasons. This poses an immediate risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care.
