Per Director Avila, the licensee will request a waiver modification for the commingling of children in care during the morning (6:30am-7:30am) for approval to CCLD Regional Office-Fresno by 02/04/2026. Based on interviews and records reviewed, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. The facility is commingling school age and preschool children in the preschoo room during approximately 6:30am to 7:30am. This poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care. Licensee agreed to complete the training on child care supervision. Licensee is to submit in writing to Community Care Licensing-Fresno Regional Office the plan that this facility will put in place to ensure coverage exists for all children at all times. The written statement proof is to submit to Community Care Based on the investigation and interviews, it was substantiated that facility staff allow children to use the bathrooms alone and without supervision.
