  101161(a) · Limitations on Capacity. A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation.

  LPA observation of toddler, preschool, and school age children being supervised in the same classroom during visit on 8/17/2023 Director stated she would submit a waiver to have preschool and school age children be supervised in the same classroom only during specific times of the day. Director agrees to create an action plan to have staff receive preschool children in a different classroom than school age children until such a time as waiver is approved. Director agreed all infants will be taken to the infant classrooms upon arrival and not be received in the preschool or school age classrooms. During inspection LPA observed children in care who were infants, preschool age, and school age comingling in the school age classroom. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.
