Deficient Practice Statement Based on LPAs observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that during the outdoor inspection, LPAs observed in the backyard a portable propane tank still connected to a stove burner, a container of motor oil and containers of used cooking oil on the ground, spider webs on children's water table and play cars, and empty water bottles, disposable gloves, tissue paper and detached fence boards on the ground.
