evidence by Information was received that Fresno County Police Department was at the premises investigating an incident. Per Director, she will work with Licensee to complete training material and to conduct a training for staff regarding children’s personal rights and different approaches of working with children. Director agrees to submit proof of training materials and attendance proof containing date, time and staff who attend the training. The proof is to be submit to the Department by 06/19/2024. During the unannounced Case Management-Incident conducted by LPA, it was disclosed that Staff #2 (S2) had put her upper body and arm over the children multiple times as an approach to have children falls asleep during napping time.
