Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed that the play structure designated for children aged 2 through 11 exhibited signs of wear, including chipping paint and exposed metal on the platform, stepping areas, and handle bars. Additionally, LPA observed that the trash bin located in the playground area was missing a tight-fitting cover and contained food waste which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
