During LPA's inspection of the outdoor activity space LPA observed the concrete Director Kaur stated that she submitted a work order to address the incident. Additionally, she stated that she will temporarely will zone the area to prevent children from accessing the water fountain area. She stated that she will submit a copy of the work order by 02/10/2026, and pictures of the repairs to CCLD Fresno by 02/27/2026. surface was unleveled, and cracked. Furthermore, the concrete surface had pollen residue that cause the surface to be slippery which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
